Program Details:

75-minute weekly sessions Sundays 12:15PM-1:30PM
-
Year-round, inter-academy league play
-
Ages 7-10, grouped by age and skill level
-
Mandatory enrollment in at least one Skills Training Class

Weekly Structure:

15 minutes – Instructor-led demonstration of the weekly team concept

15 minutes – Team-based concept instruction and practice
-
45 minutes – Guided and officiated games against another team

Players are required to wear their Nike reversible HoopSphere jersey (white or black), matching basketball shorts when possible, and proper basketball shoes for all league games.
