Coach Alex Hariz understands what it takes to continuously grow as an individual and a basketball player. Alex attended Mission San Jose High School in Fremont, CA where he was team MVP and was part of the 1st team All Conference in the region. He went on to play collegiate basketball for TCI College in New York City, before returning to California to attend and graduate from University of California, Berkeley as an Economics major. Coach Alex earned a pro contract in Lebanon to play professional basketball post his graduation, due to his unbelievable skill and speed. He is now dedicated to helping the next generation of players reach their athletic goals through the creation of HoopSphere. He now resides back in Fremont with his wife, and two sons.
